The commands
1) db2 list application show details
2) db2 get snapshot for database on <dbname>

should give the information you want ...

If you are on Version 8, you can use the snapshot table functions
snapshot_appl_info and snapshot_appl ..

db2 "select * from table(snapshot_appl_info('SAMPLE',-1)) a"
db2 "select * from table(snapshot_appl_info('SAMPLE',-1)) a"

Subject: DB2 newbie question

Hi All,

How to check the database connectivity in DB2?

For example, I would like to know how many connections are currently
connected, from which machine and what is the userid.

Like similar to v$session in oracle.

Thanks in advance,
Sami
