You dont have enough real memory to allocate that SORTHEAP of 4096, so its
trying a lesser value. You either have a shortage
of real memory or your SHEAPTHRES is set too low or you have INTRA_PARALLEL
set to yes and the SORTHEAP is coming
out of shared memory and there isnt enough there. So you have options to
choose from for what is the real problem.
