something is wrong with the size of bufferpool id 1. Its probably too big
or you have pinned set on. Take a look at the size of it
and reduce it. Right now you are using the default 4096 page bufferpool of
40 pages.

The database_memory parameter is Dynamic and i do have free memory
available on the box. How can i allocate more memory to Instance? Database
