This means you have reached the maximum allowed for pinned pages on your
instance. It probably is reaching that because of some
bad sql, so if you increase the sortheap size there is a possibility that
the sortheap buffer will be used instead. I would concentrate on
looking at the sql and see why its eating up all your bufferpool. (unless
you have set the pinned value to be very low)

In my diaglog :

ADM6071I The maximum number of pinned pages allowed concurrently was
reached
in buffer pool "IBMDEFAULTBP" (ID "1"). As a result performance may not be

optimal.


Increasing the SORTHEAP database configuration parameter may reduce
the chances of this condition occurring in the future.
