I'm curious to know whether there's documentation (i.e. redbook, best
practices, etc) out there on the recommended maximum sizing for raw
devices, SMS and DMS tablespaces (dependant upon page size)? (Single
node, if anyone's wondering, but I'd be interested in both multi-node
and single node recommendations)



I'm trying to ascertain where some of the practices came from that exist
here currently and looking to improve upon them where I can by studying
the recommendations and guidelines that are already out there.



Any links or otherwise to documentation would be helpful.
