I use Embarcadero's ER/Studio. It's a non-UML design product. I don't
need UML so this is a good thing.
The development staff uses Visio to draw basic diagrams to convey
certain ideas. However, this can only be used for drawing the models.
Second to ER/Studio, ER/WIN is a decent product as well.
