Could you please help me, many tests I could not get it..

SET INTEGRITY FOR .... IMMEDIATE CHECKED
SQL1594W Integrity of non-incremental data remains unverified by the database manager. SQLSTATE=01636

Before, I had to turn on the CHECK without checking since I need to read the data..
--> then now, I ma back to INSERT, the INSERT is done and I want to check all now but it kept saying the above and
putting back the normal to normal -- but unverified

How could I check the whole now to successful without that error, I did try to turn it off before checking, then doing the check again, I got this error back!
