How about trying
TERMINATE;
That should return you to the script where your exit will then execute.

I have created a script (*.bat) file. When I run this script file everything works outstanding. However, it does not exit DB2CMD. Does anyone know how I can make this script exit the DB2CMD and the MS-DOS command prompts?

CONNECT TO EDTEST;
UNQUIESCE DATABASE;
CONNECT RESET;
