I understand that to get past these error making use of health indicator alert require customization of the various health indicators. You can customize them using either command center GUI or Update alert cfg cmd. In my case, I turned off the monitor, so cannot provide you complete steps to update alert configurations. Probably someone int he forum can.
Again as Alex has indicated, unless you are trying to hunt down deadlock culprits or trying to analyze them furhter, there is no need to turn on event monitoring for db2detaildeadlock. Important point to note is with v8.2 onwards this is turned on automatically and the historical information is stored in the db2 directories. If dead lock monitoring is not required, this needs to be turned off.
