Maxim,
Hopefully you have also updated the instance using "db2iupt" after applying fixpak 10 and as listed underneath some of the fuctionalities in v8.2 fixpak 3 will not work without running db2updv8. Its a good to run db2updv8 after db2iupt with the fixpak installation as it gets the system catalogs and functions to the current level. Correction below v8.1 fixpak 7 is equivalent to version 8.2.
