RE: How to interpret this message ?

Looks like it is table 23 on partition 2, I think that the indexes will
be rebuilt on the next access of those indexes but if that fails you
will need to drop and recreate them.

Subject: How to interpret this message ?

Hi Listers,

I am getting the following messages in db2diag.log:

String Title:Failed to rebuild indexes PID:6176824
Node:002Table(23:4)=DB2SOR .TRFC_FCTD_CLNT
The above table is partitioned (4) and has 12 indexes. Does the above
message
give a clue as to which index(es) need to be rebuilt or does it imply
ALL
indexes to be rebuilt ? What does "Table(23:4)" indicate ? Table is huge
with
486+ million rows, so I'd be glad if all indexes don't need to be
rebuilt.
Luckily its in development.

Platform: UDB V7.2 AIX 5.1

Thanks,
Angel Victoria
