Database is sort on FCM Buffers.
Check FCM_NUM_BUFFERS parameter, needs adjustment.

I've had my data warehouse crash 3 times in the last 3 days. The last
thing a DBA did was start a large load process. We have a number of SAS
users hitting the database all the time as well as a good number of
Database Marketing personnel running ad-hoc queries.

Can anyone see anything that pops-out and makes sense to you?
