Check the services for db2, are they running under a specific user
account, If so is, that user account in good standing? I'd recommend
running the services as local system account.

I'm getting following error message while starting db2 using db2 start

occurred.
SQL1032N No start database manager command was issued. SQLSTATE=57019
I've DB2 8.2 Enterprise Server Edition on Windows 2003 server.
Please help.
