Well Doug, you know it's letting those users on that does it? fatal mistake
...

The alloc_rqb conn=0 *might* suggest:
a) taking a look at dbm cfgs RQRIOBLK and FCM_NUM_RQB; also check
registry variable DB2_FORCE_FCM_BP=YES. And have a good look in the
db2diag.log for any evidence of FCM interrupts or timeouts.
b) take a look at your command line options - these work through into the
cli cfg; I'm wondering here if there could be a db2rqtime timeout maybe?
Try db2set DB2RQTIME=10, DB2IQTIME=10, DB2RQTRY=180 (this had mildly
positive results over the defaults at my last DW).
c) consistent with this timeout theory, try: db2 update cli cfg for section
common using querytimeoutinterval 0 autocommit 1 cursorhold 0 db2degree any
deferredprepare

My Data Warehouse is Crashing!

I've had my data warehouse crash 3 times in the last 3 days. The last
thing a DBA did was start a large load process. We have a number of SAS
users hitting the database all the time as well as a good number of
Database Marketing personnel running ad-hoc queries.

Can anyone see anything that pops-out and makes sense to you?
