Most likely your explain tables are from an earlier version of UDB. Either
migrate them (see the install / upgrade notes for your version) or drop and
recreate.

All,
After I do a db2expln for a sql, I want to do db2exfmt for more detailed
output. But, I get the following error message. Any ideas why am I
