You don't say but I hope that you are not using DB2 UDB for LUW.
In that environment, once indexe tablespaces have been identified by the
CREATE TABLE command, they cannot be moved.
The only way I know of is to use a combination of db2look to extract and
change the ddl and then to use db2move to offload and reload the data.
