your PATH must be messed up
go to sqllib\bin and look to see if the db2drdat.exe is there. If it is the
PATH is not set right, if not then
you might not have a full install.

Trying to run a DRDA trace on a Windows DB2 Connect server and
getting...



C:\Documents and Settings\db2admin>db2drdat on
