I remember figuring it out as 32K in DB2 V7.2 for LUW from either SQL
Reference(DB2 Limits) or Cross Platform SQL Procedures(Redbook)

Subject: Statement Too Long: Problem while compiling a DB2 Stored
procedure
/*Dear Friends,*/
What is the max size of stored procedures in DB2 UDB/windows... When i
tried to compile stored procedures of size more than 60kb, it throws
*SQL0101N The statement is too long or too complex. SQLSTATE=54001
*
I have already increased the statement heap size(STMTHEAP) to its max
value of '60000'. So i guess i probably hit the max size of proc. So can
anyone tell me what's the max size of stored procedure???? Or Let me
know how to solve the problem. Its pretty urgent as I am hitting towards
a tight project schedule.
With regards,
Clarence
