Hi Jer,
I dont think you require the instances to be 64 bit. I installed it on 32 bit fedora core 3 kernel, it works.
Regards,
Andy.

Subject: udb version 9 question
This is mainly for you IBMers out there. I have been reading the
migration guide for viper and I need some clarification. In order to
install the software the version of linux or unix must be running a 64
bit kernel? Do all instances have to be running at 64 bit?
Thanks
