Check..if some other user is adding new objects to the DB.
Run reorgchk on system tables, accordingly do reorg and then runstats.

Subject: db2 fp12 catalog is growing

hello all
running db2 udb 8.1.2 in and aix env (os is up to date)
upgrade to fp12 from fp10 a few weeks ago
have 10 db's running in the same instance
all db2 catalogs are growing nightly

anyone have any ideas?
anyone have an action plan to prune the ibm catalog tables?
even an old mvs action plan/sql may work!

please help
