why is the utility still not able to locate this ?

Hi All,
I have a redirected restore script (sql) and backup image in the same
directory. When I run this sql in this directory, I get the following
error:

SQL2071N An error occurred while accessing the shared library
"/db2/d02n513/sctrspol/home/io/sqllib/adsm/libtsm.a". Reason code: "1".

any ideas about what is happening here ?
I could see that db2 is telling me " 1 An invalid shared library path was
encountered."

How do I correct this ?
