You are in circular logging. The only alternative to take the db out of
it's situation is as follows:
Open a command window.
Issue: db2 force applications all.
This will force off all apllications, roll back all in flight trans.,
bring the database deactivated as there will be no connections.
This cleans up all your logs.
Issue: db2 update db cfg for <dbname> using logsecong<a greater number than
you currently have>
db2 activate db <dbname>
This will bring up the db and also reassign all brand new empty
primary logs.
Users can then connect. Some will have lost transactions that will need to
be replayed. It is what was in flight.
