Hey,

I'm a CF developer by trade, and our DBA does most of the advanced stuff.

He's of course unavailable right now, I figured I would through this out
there.

Assuming a table of:

Mac_id (varchar)
Parno (varchar)
Ident (char)

How would you write up a basic cursor that just returned one row, and didn't
make any changes?

I need test our ability to run cursors from a query block in ColdFusion, and
so far haven't been able to write something that would work.
