RE: IP address/ hostname change

Thanks for the quick response.

I should also mention that we have a single partition database.

Thanks,

Sarwar

If I am right, you would need to change db2nodes.cfg file on your
instance to accommodate the new hostname.
Gurus, is this true ?

Subject: IP address/ hostname change

Hi Guys,

We are changing the IP address and hostname of our DB2 Server.(v8.2 AIX
5.3)

Could you please advise me if we need to change any parameter/file on
the DB2 Server to accomodate that change?

Thanks,

Sarwar
