Re: Runstats

Re: Runstats

Runstats would be a good thing if the table(s) keep growing.

Runstats

I have a table T1 with 30 columns and 400 bytes length. Primary index is
defined on 9 columns and duplicate index is defined on 10 columns.
On daily basis 5000 records gets added to this table. As on 26,october the
row count is 1,50,000
The Syscat.Table is giving the row count of 50,000 for the table T1 as last
RUNSTATS are done on Sep 28 .
My select queries are slow when I am using this table.
How frequent RUNSTATS needs to be done on this table ?
How to improve the performance of my selects ?
