I wouldn't normally mention this, except I seem to remember, Pavan, separate
threads about partitioning from you?
There is one further possibility, that applies in partitioned environments
only: there was no table data on the coordinator partition at the RUNSTATS
time. This can always be a gotcha if you default the catalog partition as
the coordinator partition (check db2nodes.cfg). In this case for example,
you connect to node 0 and execute the RUNSTATS there while all the table
data is actually on nodes 1 through N.

found so CARD=0.
