Hi,

I installed DB2 V8.2 on AIX 5.3, and create an instance.

Then I loged on as instance owner DBTSTCE1 and run create database
command: create database tstce
I got the following error message

SQL1092N "DBTSTCE1" does not have the authority to perform the requested
command.

What is the problem?
