We are seeing a cyclic (repeating) error concerning the Health monitor trying to start but not succeeding. The health monitor switch for the affected database is off. (we want it off)
why does it attempt to restart? This message succeeds in restarting but later we get errors. I don't want it restarting. Is it related to the control center gui doing something with java in the background?
