Hi DB2 Gurus

I am Oracle DBA and new to DB2. I have to set up a DB2 environment for a
development team. I have seen some documents to know about the Users
creation and giving authorisations. But, I am not able to find the correct
picture. As per my knowledge only the NT Users of Administrator group of
Database Server are having authority (SYSADM) to create any database or to
make any operation. The DB2 Security is entirely different when compare to
Oracle.

Please advise me how to create users and give authorisation of
SYSCTRL,SYSMAINT,DBADM or provide me relevant documents.

Any help on this will be highly appreciated.
