We had the same problem in one of our system and after we followed up
with IBM they said that it was just an informational message and could
be ignored. This happens every time when more db2fmp processes are
started than the defined pool size (FENCED_POOL) and when not used they
are terminated. Tuning FENCED_POOL and KEEPFENCED config params may
remove the message.
