You can find the pckcachesz by issuing
db2 get db cfg for <dbname> | grep PCKCACHESZ
You can set it by issuing
db2 update db cfg for <dbname> pckcachesz <number>

Hi all,

Am very new to DB2, and I mean really very new, my DB2 seems to be locking up and slowing down causing deadlocks, and the error report something about adjusting PCKCACHESZ.

Does anyone have notes on how to tune PCKCACHESZ or a good site where I can get some insight on how to tune PCKCACHESZ or to troubleshoot whether it really needs to be increase? Am currently downloading some docs now, but just in case someone have a good reference site that I can have a quick check on, at least I can get started already.
