You have to have DDF setup in DB2 on zOS in order to use ODBC. You will
also need a DRDA compliant DB2 Client. We use DB2 Connect for Crystal
Report users wanting data for DB2 zOS, but you could setup a DB2 UDB LUW
database server to act as a gateway and use DB2 UDB clients for the
reporting users.
