Subject: RESTORING BACKUPS and BACKUP/RECOVERY docs
Hi gurus,
I got two backups at the E:\Temp\BACKUP_DB2 directory, how do I choose which
file to restore, at help restore database, it says, I should use
restore database sample from E:\Temp\BACKUP_DB2 taken at date-time
can't work out how date-time should be ...
also, I want to restore my database backup of SAMPLE into another database
named SAMPLE1, can I just use the backup that I did of SAMPLE to restore
into SAMPLE1?
If anyone know of a site where I can download DB2 BACKUP AND RECOVERY
document, please send me the link please ... am really going into a crash
course in DB2 need to be ready in 2 hours and it's 0300 here ... :-)
Cheers,
