ps -ef | grep db2sysc


at leat one db2sysc need to run instance

We are using db2 udb 8.1 on aix .
After a server reboot, what is the easiest way to check that all instances
are up ?

It seems that by doing ps -ef|grep db2loggwr is ok since all our db used
logretain on.
Is there another more secure way (in case logreatin if off) ?
