As the msg. says, it's a warning.
It means that the pkg. cache which stores the dynamic sql raw stmt. and its compiled equivalent and also the compiled sections of active packages has run out of the 1064 pages you defined.
It went out and acquired additional pages from where it could get them.
As the msg. says, if the condition persists, you should increase the size of the cache (try by 10% to start) and see if you get the msg. again.
If it is a one off occurence and you don't see the msg. again for more than 24-48 hours then ignore it and keep on going.
