The copy pending flag could be cleared by:

1. The good practice, run a COPY PLUS job to get a image copy, it will
get rid of the copy flag.
2. If you are sure the data is good, and it's in test, you can force the
flag out by
START ACCESS(force) to get rid of the flag.
