Actaully its very easy, and it depends on how big the tables are and how fast
your I/O is.

1) Create new tablespace
2) do a DB2LOOK against the table for all information.
3) Copy the db2look file and put new_table in fromt of table
4) Export the table
5) Build the new_table
6) Load the table
7) count the records in both to make sure they match
8) Drop the original table and indexes and views, etc
9) Rename the New_table to table
10) re-create the indexes, views, etc
