Did you mean the database was restored on other server. In that case you
need to re grant the privs. Case may be group doesnot exist in recently
loaded server or user may not have requisite privs. Check for user privs
.

The user was not specifically granted access to the table. However, the
user is in a group that does have access to the table. Prior to moving
the database to another server (which was done by a database backup and
restore) the user was able to delete rows from the table.
