It means that the logs are archived to both locations, so you have 2 logs
for recovery in case one gets lost etc.

Can anyone help me with these guys?

The db cfg logarchmeth1 and logarchmeth2, do they mean that if
logarchmeth1 is full or not found then automatically logarchmeth2 is
used?
