AND TO_CHAR( TO_DATE (COALESCE(ORA.TO_CHAR(effDate, 'DD.MM.YYYY'), ''),
'DD-MON-YY'), 'MM/YYYY') = TO_CHAR( EFF_DATE, 'MM/YYYY')
The error is
The data type, length or value of argument "2" of routine
"SYSIBM.TO_DATE" is incorrect.
