DB2 V7 on z/OS.

Below DDLs were generated from SMP/E.
Is the syntax of DDLs right? In my certification book I don't see object
names with double quotes. Can these objects be created?

CREATE DATABASE "ADBDCHG"
STOGROUP "ADBGCHG" CCSID EBCDIC;

COMMIT;

CREATE TABLESPACE "ADBSCHG"
IN "ADBDCHG"
USING STOGROUP "ADBGCHG"
PRIQTY 40 SECQTY 40;
