Hi everybody,
I'm using DB2 8.1 on an AIX 5.3 server. Among other things, there are many
client applications which are run from Brio On Demand Server (monster
queries). Sometimes, a client will submit such a query, let it run for an
hour, and then stop it. But then, not always, the query will continue
running on the server and consuming its resources. Do you have an idea why
the db2 server will not receive a message to stop the application? Or
maybe receive and not acknowledge it?
Thanks in advance and regards,
Richard
