Hello all,

I am getting monitor alerts on rej_curs_blk. The documentation indicates,
that increasing QUERY_HEAP_SZ will may help with this. I have increased
it to an obscene amount, and it doesn't seem to make any difference.
Taking a look at the application snapshot, I have found the Rejected
cursors are all remote cursor requests via a federated connection:

...

Open remote cursors = 1
Open remote cursors with blocking = 1
Rejected Block Remote Cursor requests = 1045
Accepted Block Remote Cursor requests = 4506

...

The federated connection is to another db in the same instance, so any dbm
cfg changes such as QUERY_HEAP_SZ should be affecting both this db and the
remote db.

What I am wondering is if another cfg parameter needs to be looked at for
remote cursors. Anyone have any ideas?
