You can alter the PRIQTY and SECQTY without stopping it. The changes
will not take effect until it is reorged with redefine yes or another
extent is needed.

Subject: alter tablespace
Hi, listers.
DB2 v7 on z/OS.
I am going to alter PQTY and SQTY of a tablespace.
Do I need to stop only the tablespace or the database where the
tablespace is in?
My guess is that I need to stop only the tablespace.
Thanks,
James Park
