SQL1084C Shared memory segments cannot be allocated ERROR with TSA setup

Hi,

I am trying to set up TSA (v2.2 fixpak 3) to automate failover with HADR
DB2 database.

I am running DB2 v9.1.0.2 fix pak 2. I can run the databases with HADR
no problem without TSA. As soon as I register my instances with TSA and
try to start hadr on the databases I get the following error...
SQL1084C Shared memory segments cannot be allocated. SQLSTATE=57019.

I have the following in the sysctl.conf

# Added for 32-bit DB2
kernel.sem=250 256000 32 1024
kernel.msgmni=1024
# Minimum required on x86 systems (256MB)
# Minimum for 64-bit systems is 1GB (1073741824)
kernel.shmmax=268435456
# kernel.shmmax=4294967296
# Calculated using 90% of 130GB(physical memory) / 4K pages
kernel.shmall=30670848
# kernel.shmall=34078720
kernel.msgmax=65535
kernel.msgmnb=65535

Any ideas as to why it works okay until TSA comes into the picture. I
did have this working with DB2 V8 fix pak 13.
Allison
