Well, well, well!
It's ADO! Hehe. How have you been? The example below may be of
some help to you.

--Determining DB2 Current Log Files (DOE-TUDB01 Server - Windows 2003)

1. Go to Log Files directory

a. In the Command Editor, type: get db cfg

b. Search for "Path to log files" (H:\DB2\DEKM\DBLOGS)

c. Exit the Command Editor


2. Go the MS-DOS Command Prompt (cmd)

a. cd H:\DB2\DEKM\DBLOGS

b. Type: db2cmd

c. Type: db2 get db cfg for DEKM | findstr -i "first active log"
(Ex. S0031612)

d. Type: dir/w S*.LOG (Ex. Last .LOG file (Ex.S0031661)

e. Subtract ouptut (Step 2d - Step 2c) (Ex. 31661 - 31612 = 49)
