I don't know if it's the same in version 8, but before
v7, It will be easier if you create replication by
using Control Center. Of course you can use command
center, but it will not be just one sql statement, you
will need to full understand all related ASN tables
and system architecture before you can implement it by
just command center. I will suggest you to read
documents and use Control Center to do it. And you can
start/shutdown replication jobs by using db2 system
command.
