1) Look for HWM and used space .
2) Deactivate the database.
3) Run db2dart on the tablespace
E.g db2dart <dba_name> /LHWM /TSI 3 /NP 0

TSI is your tablespace id

4) work on the suggestion --> they are really helpful

## after doing a reorg for table don't forget to db2 terminate > connect
again and > do reorg for next table

IBM funda but it helped me out :))
