I received this error message:
DB2 SQL error: SQLCODE: -911, SQLSTATE: 40001, SQLERRMC: 68

I am having this depressed pressure, since it affects the company's operations badly.

Do you know:
1. What this error means more than just a deadlock?
2. How to prevent this from happening again?
