Juan,
The table is in Reorg Paused state you have to either Resume the Reorg which was running or you can Stop and Start the Reorg,
If you want to check the table which are in Online paused state you can issue this command.
DB2pd -d Data_base_name -reorg|grep 'Paused'
It will give you the tables list which are in Online paused state then you can issue or write a script to stop and start the Reorg on all the tables I hope it solve you're problem.
We had a similar problem some time back we do a active monitoring to avoid this issue.

based in other answer for the same problem, check the status of Reorg on that table

So, i tried to run this command

And this is not the wrost i have the same problem for other tables, please suggest me the solution.
